Happy New Year!  I realize this is just a tic late but this year has already started off hectic.  The family’s been busy - one returned to college, the other performed in the Fancy Brigade division for Philadelphia’s Mummer’s parade on New Year’s Day.  We are still finding glitter and sequins throughout our home which I’m told we’ll find until next year’s event and it starts all over.  Several new books are in the works as we speak with more to come after they’re finished.

In December, I had the honor of participating with several other authors in an anthology called Midnight Bites, released through the Gratista Vampire Clan.  The book is available at http://www.lulu.com/content/1691038 (direct link to purchase) or you can go straight to http://www.bloodtouch.com/midnightbites.htm for more information.  My erotic short is entitled Danger Zone and introduces Constantine and Rayne.  I hope you get the chance to check it out.

Valentine’s has passed and we are fast approaching St. Patrick’s Day but before that I have two releases coming out March 1, 2008 form Whiskey Creek Press Torrid who, along with Whiskey Creek Press, is celebrating their 5th anniversary – a huge milestone.

I’ve also done an interview with Anne Rainey at Manic Readers so check it out.

2007 Wrap-up

In 2007, I was fortunate enough to have ten releases, nine at Whiskey Creek Press/Whiskey Creek Press Torrid plus Danger Zone.  All of the titles did very well – the reviews amazing.

Those released:  At Cross Ends, Blow Out, Internet Bonds #6: This Just In…, Dark Illusions, Bird in a Gilded Cage: The Myth of Mirabella, The Joy of Love – Labor of Love and Lost Love and Yule Loves – Noelle’s Elf and His Christmas Carole.

In April, I had the privilege of seeing my first in print book – The Best of Christy Poff which included Eyes of Darkness #1: Dante’s Flame, Internet Bonds #1: The Rebirth of Rachel and Entranced by Jasmyne.

Some of you may remember Lost Love from its previous outing in 2004.  I kicked it up a notch and I think it’s better this time around.  Check them all out at www.whiskeycreekpresstorrid.com or www.whiskeycreekpress.com.

Books, etc

Whiskey Creek Press and Whiskey Creek Press Torrid are celebrating their fifth anniversary in Mark with contests, chats, etc.  WCPTorrid is releasing an anthology of – what else – party stories.  Mine is Masked Desire, set in the midst of one of the biggest parties thrown every year in New Orleans.  You’ll meet Ava and Matthew – two people who see each other every day at work but hide their mutual attraction for each other because of office policy.  It takes a masked ball for them to get together and the sparks fly.

Enjoy Masked Desires along with pieces from Honey Jans, Monica M. Martin, Melissa Schroeder, Emma Wildes and Cheri Valmont plus keep an eye out at both sites for more fun.

Also in March, Internet Bonds #7: Black Lace releases.  Set in Philadelphia, you’ll meet Chelsea Strawbridge – with a famous name but not with the family – and Reed Carrington – a rich Main Line guy who’s real wealth comes from being a firefighter.  What happens when one of society’s debs decides she wants him and will stop at nothing to get what she wants?

Coming soon: I’ve just signed the contract for Eyes of Darkness #5: White Ice, the next in the werewolf half of the series.  More details as I get them.
